Genital Aesthetics

Genital Aesthetics

Genital aesthetics include any surgical or non-surgical intervention aimed at correcting congenital or acquired deformities of the vagina, hymen, outer and inner lips and perianal area.

REDUCTION OF THE INNER LIPS

In this surgery called labioplasty, which is one of the most common procedures, the inner lips which are longer and saggier than normal are reduced. This operation does not require hospitalization, but it is a procedure that should be performed under hospital conditions and in an operating room environment. For the comfort of the patient, it is recommended that the procedure is performed under sedation (sedative drugs) and local anaesthesia. The patient can go home in 1 to 2 hours after surgery. Since self-melting stitches are used, they do not have to be removed. Patients can continue their sexual activities after 3 to 4 weeks.

FILLING OF THE OUTER LIPS

Aesthetically, the outer lips are expected to have sufficient fullness and cover the inner lips. For women who have decreased outer lip fullness due to weight loss, ageing, or structural reasons, plumping can be performed using fillers or fat tissue removed from the patient. The procedure does not require hospitalization and the patient can return to social life in a very short time.
